Would you like to get really involved in helping to keep your Cancer Buddies Network going?

We're looking for your help to raise funds for Cancer Buddies Network by planning and holding fundraising activities throughout the year.

Some suggestions are:-

  • Sponsored Walks
  • Coffee Mornings - perhaps including selling homemade cakes, biscuits etc.
  • Fun Runs, 5K/10K etc.
  • Bring & Buy Sales
  • Raffles

And anything else you can think of that you'd like to do to involve your friends, family and local communities in helping to keep Cancer Buddies Network going so that we can continue to grow and expand and benefit as many people as possible. Of course just holding an event like this will also be great publicity for Cancer Buddies Network, and will bring in many more members who so badly need our help by joining our family and having someone to talk to about their experiences.

For inspiration and to see what others have already done, click here.

Set up your own fundraising page at Justgiving by going here - alternatively write to us here and we'll give you any help you need including literature and an address to send your cheques to.

And if you let us know what you're planning, we can include your activities in our Newsletter so that the rest of our members will be inspired by you to carry out their own events! We can also arrange to send you a pack including leaflets and posters for advertising your event around the community or in your local papers.

Your name will also go on a future Fundraisers Page, indicating how much you have managed to raise (subject to your approval).

Contact Us Here with your ideas - together we CAN make a difference!
