Fundraisers and their Fundraising Events

Cancer Buddies Network is thrilled to announce that the following people have held their own fundraising events to raise funds for CBN:-

Thank you so much to all those who have worked so hard on our behalf, you guys are the greatest!

If you'd like to run your own event, you can set up your own fundraising page at Justgiving by going here - alternatively write to us here and we'll give you any help you need including literature and an address to send your cheques to.

We proudly present our fundraisers here!

White collar boxing at Southampton's De Vere raises £2,500 to be shared between 3 charities.  Thanks to Sharon Kaye's stepson Simon, we were the recipients of £400 for which we offer our very hearty thanks.

Cathy Buddington/Cheyanne who in 2009 donned the red CBN sash and collected spare change from her fellow travellers !  And then held a carboot sale in the pouring rain on our behalf, thats what I call dedication!  Bless you for raising £140 in total against all the odds sweetheart!

Judy Gollop who ran a super 10 miles in the BUPA Great South Run 2008 on the 26th October 2008 - raising £328.  Bless you Judy !

Jo Rutter & her fiancee Dan who ran 10k on the 14th of September raising an amazing £590 altogether! Fantastic, thanks so much guys!

Barclays  Employees who held a Netball Tournament & Family Fun Day on the 20th of July 2008 raising £254 for CBN which has been doubled by Barclays Bank.  Thank you so much for choosing us as your receiving Charity this year.

Jenny Rutter & her fiancee Nick Hassam who ran 10k on the 6th of July raising a fabulous £320 for CBN - brilliant guys, thank you so much!

Grant Lang who ran the London Marathon on the 13th of April 2008 in an amazing 3 hours, 37 minutes and 21 seconds and raised over £1,000 for Cancer Buddies Network - what a fantastic effort, our deepest thanks to you!

Mary Domange and her children Emily, Molly & Luke who held a sale of books, toys and homemade cakes and raised a super £160!

Cath & George Winton and their friends, Stuart & Wayne who ran a raffle and raised a wonderful £450!
